Breath Workshop at You, Yourself, and Yoga – a Yoga with TG Studio

October 15 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

The breath is a crucial part of yoga and a practice all its own. In this workshop we will enjoy focusing on this integral part of our life and learn/practice a few specific types of breath for stages and times of life as well as for use in our physical practice and even as a stand alone practice. Gentle stretching will be included, but definitely a great workshop for those new to yoga and those who want a refresher to refocus on breath and breath work.
